Founded by Isaac Hawes in Brisbane, Australia. Oosterveen The Label combines Isaac's love for fashion with his artistic side to create a high quality clothing label that expresses his uniqueness. At Oosterveen, we take pride in every piece that we produce which is why each design starts from a sketch that Isaac produces. This sketch is then discussed and perfected by our team of experts to bring the final design to life.

FREE SHIPPING | ALL ORDERS $150+

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $150 AUD or more for our domestic customers. For orders under $150 AUD we offer both Standard ($9.99 AUD) and Express ($14.99 AUD) Shipping. All International orders will be calculated at checkout. 

SHIPPING CUT OFF TIMES

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time.*Please note: there may be a delay during busy or sale periods.*

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive a conformation email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

At the time of delivery if you are not home your parcel will be left in a secure and safe space for your convenience. If the delivery service feels it is not safe to leave your parcel, it will be taken to your local post office for collection.

• Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
• Please make sure your address is correct before placing orders as we will not be held responsible for incorrect address.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen or held packages.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept refunds for change of mind or not liking the product.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@oosterveenthelabel.co. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been worn, have wear and tear, are not in packaging or contain any stains etc.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Oosterveen The Label Washing Guide is in place to ensure ultimate lifespan and maximal quality of your garments, keeping you looking fresh 100% of the time 

 

• Cold wash on a gentle setting, (under 30 degrees) with similar colours. Please note: Washing in hot water or an intense washing machine setting may damage the fabric.
• Avoid using fabric softener or detergents that contain bleaching agents, as this may damage or alter the fabric colour.
• Do not tumble try as this may alter the fabric. 
• Steam and/or Iron on a low setting, on reverse side.
  Do not steam/iron any printing or embellishments, as this may damage the finer details.
